Local delivery charges

Enjoy free delivery service* (excluding remote areas and outlying islands) for purchases over HKD$1000 (after discount) (Default - SF Express)

If the purchase amount is less than the specified amount, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight of the product. After the transaction is completed, the customer service staff will contact you to confirm the shipping fee and collect it upon delivery. (SF Express-Cash on Delivery)

* Free delivery service will be suspended during the Lunar New Year.

Remark:

1. Each order is limited to one delivery address

2. Our customer service representative will call the consignee to confirm the delivery date and time within 3 working days of receiving the order. Generally, the delivery time in Hong Kong is 3-4 working days.

3. In case of bad weather, the delivery service time may be delayed. The company will contact the customer to arrange another delivery date.

4. Please check the condition of the goods and the purchased quantity upon receipt and sign on the delivery note. The company will not be responsible for any problems or damages after the goods are signed for.

5. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right to make the final decision

Worldwide delivery service

Shipping costs to areas outside Hong Kong will be calculated based on product weight. After the transaction is completed, our customer service staff will contact you for confirmation and collect the cost upon delivery.
