Coconut flakes and Fritillaria lung nourishing soup

Ingredients:

Candied dates, southern apricots with skin, American ginseng, Fritillaria, sea coconut flakes, and northern apricots.

usage:
1) Wash all ingredients with clean water and soak them briefly before use.
